Recruitment process at AFS

1. First interview with our Corporate Recruiter

In this conversation, we’ll get to know each other better. We’ll talk about your motivation, ambitions, experience, and the skills you bring, while giving you the opportunity to learn more about AFS and the role.

2. Second interview with the Hiring Manager

This interview takes a deeper dive into the role and your expertise. Together, we’ll discuss the technical aspects of the position, your experience, and how your skills align with the team and its goals.

3. Final interview with your future colleagues

In the final stage, you'll meet your future colleagues and key stakeholders. This is an opportunity to experience the team dynamic, learn how you'll work together, and ask any remaining questions to ensure it's the right fit for everyone.

4. Offer!

After all the interviews, if we're both confident it's the right fit, we'll be happy to make you an offer. We'll go through everything together, answer any final questions, and look forward to welcoming you to AFS.
